Following reservation of your chosen property with Assetz France, we assign you with a personal After-Sales Co-ordinator from our experienced team. Your After-Sales Co-ordinator will work closely with you throughout the purchase process providing you with on-going bilingual support and expert advice tailored to your individual needs.
This personal point of contact ensures that you will receive all of the continual support and assistance you require in order to make your purchase in France worry and hassle free.
The After-Sales team members are all bilingual and fully trained on every aspect of the buying process in France. Your After Sales Co-ordinator will remain your point of contact at each step of the way from reservation to signature of your title deeds, helping you to understand the processes involved, correspondence you receive and actions you need to take.

In more detail, your personal After-Sales Co-ordinator will be able to assist you with the following:
- communicating efficiently with all clients to best respond to their individual needs.
- understanding your preliminary purchase contracts and lease agreement (if applicable). The After-Sales team has an excellent understanding of the French reservation contracts, lease agreements and all other documents and will assist you in completing these forms,
- sharing our expertise and knowledge with the purchaser in order to answer their questions and make sure that the procedures are followed correctly to complete the purchase. Our team is continually available to guide the clients through each step of the purchase process to the signature of the Act of sale.
- liaising between yourself and the various French parties (vendor, legal representatives, accountants, tax authorities, etc) to ensure that procedures run smoothly from beginning to end. In this way, you will feel fully reassured that the purchase process will be as simple and straightforward as possible.
- liaising between your chosen mortgage broker/bank and the other parties involved in the purchase to ensure that your finance is available to you at the necessary time.
- appointing experts in all associated fields that could be useful to you (accountants, solicitors, tax advisors, translators, public notaries, French letting agencies, furniture providers, etc)
- sending of all legal documentation (reservation packs, power of attorney, etc) for you to France by special courier with next day international delivery.
- explaining of all correspondence received from France such as letters from the developer, bank statements, reports, notification packs
- providing updates on the progress of construction
- providing a personal point of contact for all general queries regarding your French property to give you complete peace of mind.
Furthermore, you will be sent a comprehensive buyer’s guide designed to clarify any queries you may have regarding legal aspects of purchasing property in France and also provides you with valuable contact details for experts in associated fields as well as template letters, which you may find useful during the purchase of your property.
